The pancakes are all amazing- I have tried several. They are the size of the plate, so if you come with a friend I recommend sharing one alongside your individual orders, you will love your life!
RANCHERO CUBANO
This is my favorite huevos rancheros anywhere! The best black beans in town, generous portion, just perfection. I like to add a side of sour cream to top it off.
LECHON ASADO
My go-to dish at Victors... the pork is so juicy, with a bright citrus garlic flavor that pairs well with the rice and beans. Highly recommend!
FRICASEE DE POLLO
Victor's Fricasee de Pollo is a hidden jem on the menu! Green olives, juicy thigh meat, and tomato! We get it weekly!
SWEET PLANTAIN OMELET
This dish is what keeps me coming back to Victor's. If you think "egg & plantain…too weird," just trust me & try it. Get the Cuban toast and the guava jam, a cup of coffee with cream, and add a mango pancake to share, and you have the best breakfast in the Twin Cities.

BISTEC CRIOLLO
We've been coming to Victor's for years, and it's truly become a part of our family routine. Everything about this restaurant makes every visit special. The staff has become part of the experience too. The newer team members greet us with a cheerful "Welcome back!", but the ones we've seen for years, especially the kitchen staff, know us. We love seeing them through that little peek window, waving and saying hi. It makes every visit feel like coming home. Every dish we've tried is amazing all bursting with flavor. But my absolute favorite is the Bistec Criollo. The platter is a perfect combination of textures and flavors, tender, juicy steak seasoned to perfection with just the right hint of garlic and spices, topped with a subtle zing of lime that brightens every bite. The eggs are cooked just right, and the toast is perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft inside. And of course, the sweet plantains my mom orders every time they're caramelized and melt in your mouth, adding the perfect touch of sweetness to balance the savory flavors. Every bite is a little explosion of taste that keeps me coming back again and again. If you want a meal that's flavorful, comforting, and unforgettable, Victor's is the place to be.
BISTEC CRIOLLO
My friend recommended it and he was right, it was delicious. I ordered a bunch of different things and they were all wonderful. It is close to my sisters, so it will be a must stop spot when I'm in town!
