Empanadas
Fried pastry dough with fillings of either chicken, beef, or cheese
& sweet red pepper. These are delicious...
Cubano Mix
Empanadas, ham croquettes, tostones.
Yuca Frita
Yuca is steamed, then fried, and served with our garlic & lime
juice mojo with lightly sautéed onions.
Tamal Cubano
Cuban pork tamal, Steamed in its husk and served with Cuban crackers.

Croquetas de Jamon
Small rolls of pureed potatoes and minced ham, breaded and fried.
Platanos Maduros
Fried sweet plantains.
Tostones
Fried green plantains, golden, crispy and drizzled with our house
"mojo".
Camaraones de Coco *NEW*
Coconut fried shrimp served with a tangy mango-guava cocktail sauce.

These entrees are served with your choice of white rice,
yellow rice,
or moros and christianos rice.
Picadillo a la Cubana
We sautee our lean groun beef with green and red peppers, green olives,
capers and raisins and finish it in our delicious creole sauce. Served
with fried sweet plantains. As classic as a '53 caddy in Bejucal.
Masas de Puerco
Tasty chunks of lean pork, marinated in our house mojo, perfectly
pan-fried and served with yuca frita con mojo. Just like
in Tony Oliva's house in Pinar del Rio.

Ropa Vieja
Literally means "old clothes". This shredded flank steak is simmered in
our own sherry-spiked Spanish red sauce with green & red peppers,
garlic, onions and sweet green peas. Served with fried sweet plantains.
A walk in the
mountains of the Sierra Maestra.
Fricasee de Pollo
Cuban chicken stew. This chicken is cooked with red & green
peppers,
onions, finished in our creole sauce and served with fried sweet
plantains.
You'll love it - you're in old Havana now.
Camarones al Ajillo
Shrimp, lightly sautéed in our garlic and lime mojo and served
with tostones. Came upon this simple, delicious dish while scuba diving
in the Bay of Pigs with Glen.
Bistec Encebollado
A 12 oz. strip steak marinated in our lime mojo, topped
with grilled onions and served with tostones. Just like in Cienfuegos.
Plato Vegetariano
White rice and black beans, yuca frita con mojo and sweet
plantains, served with our creole sauce. Mmmmm....
Ensalada Tropicale *NEW*
A vegetarian entree-sized salad of a generous tropical blend. Sweet spring mix with
avocadoes, tomatoes, red onions, fresh mango slices and green olives, served
with our house vinaigrette. A stroll through the Valley of Vinales.
Salmon de Mango *NEW*
A 6 oz salmon filet, pan-seared and topped with a mango glaze, served on a bed
of spinach that's been sauteed with garlic, and sweet plantains. Now you're in
Varadero Beach..... imagine that!
Vegetales Criollo *NEW*
A delicious blend of fresh yellow squash, yuca, carrots, zucchini, red peppers,
green pea pods, and red onion simmered in our house creole sauce and served
with tostones.

Arroz Blanco
White Rice, steamed with a hint of olive oil.
Arroz Amarillo
Seasoned saffron rice.

Vegetable mix simmered in our house creole sauce.

ENSALADAS - SIDE SALADS
Habana Vieja
This side salad of tropical smooth avocadoes and red
onions with our house vinaigrette, will take you back to Calle
Obispo.
Ensalada Simple
This simple salad of sweet spring mix and tomatoes, with our house vinaigrette
is a must in every Cuban meal, especially at Lydia's home in "El Vedado".
Ensalada Completa *NEW*
Combining the ingredients of our other two side salads, this is the completa
with a sweet spring mix, tomatoes, avocadoes and red onions - still a side salad,
served, of course, with our house vinaigrette.
POSTRES - DESSERTS
Flan con Coco Rallado
Delicious, traditional flan topped with the sweetest grated coconut you can imagine!

Cascos de Guayaba y queso crema
Guava Shells and cream cheese, served with Cuban crackers. A very
traditional Cuban dessert.
Passion Mango Cheesecake
Layers of creamy smooth passion fruit and mango-infused buttermilk cheesecake
topped with tart passion fruit curd. Finished with a shimmering glaze of passion
fruit and mango. Need we say more?
Coconut Ice Cream w/flecks of chocolate
and almonds

Key Lime Pie
Authentic key lime pie with zesty key lime juice, tartly refreshing in a
graham cracker crust and iced with real whipped cream. Hemingway would
definitely approve!
Xango!Chango! *NEW*
Rich smooth cheesecake with a slightly tangy finish, rolled in a melt-in-your-mouth
flaky pastry, tossed in a sugar and cinnamon blend, then served on a fresh
guava puree. The Orishas love it and so will you......
Chocolate Cake
Five layers of dark, moist chocolate cake, sandwiched with the silkiest smooth
chocolate filling and finished with elegant dark chocolate ganache. Not
particularly Cuban, just a taste of divine decadence.
